Exchange and Return Policy
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of shipment.
You may exchange the item for the same product or choose any other item from our assortment.
The item must be in its original condition: with all original tags attached, and no smell of perfume, detergent, or any other foreign odors.
The product must be neatly folded and packed in the transparent bag in which it was originally delivered.
If the tag has been removed, or the item does not match its original condition, it is considered used and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
After sending your return/exchange, you must send the tracking number to our manager.
Items for exchange will be sent only after we receive and inspect your returned item. On average, this process takes 5 to 8 business days, though it may take longer if we are waiting for a new shipment.
If any of the above conditions are violated, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Exchange Specifics:
If you are exchanging more than one item, the exchange is calculated as 1 item for 1 item (e.g., suit for shirt — suit for T-shirt).
If only the pants from a suit do not fit, the entire set must be exchanged, as the manufacturer does not separate items by size.
Items NOT eligible for return/exchange:

Sale items;

Items damaged after purchase;

Products with broken manufacturer’s seals or warranty stickers;

Items showing visible signs of use, odors, or washing;

Items returned without packaging, or with damaged/used packaging;

Underwear: bodysuits, thermal underwear, swimsuits, corsets, etc.
DEFECTS / FAULTY ITEMS

If you notice a defect or faulty item, please:

Take photos of the item at the post office and send them to us;

Refuse to accept the parcel;

We will resend your order as soon as possible.
⚠️ Photos taken at home (e.g., showing stains, holes, snags, etc.) will not be accepted, as we cannot guarantee the item was not damaged after pickup. For this reason, neither we nor the manufacturer can accept such returns.
